• Driving targeted marketing campaigns to build the brand and execute agreed promotion plans 
• Product Management and developing plans to ensure sales targets are achieved 
• Conduct marketing research to analyze, plan and implement the possible strategies to improve the performance of the product
• Research on category buying trends and habits
• Build brand image by developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans


• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines 
• At least 5 years of marketing and sales experience in FMCG with 3 years supervisory level
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Monitor and drive sales growth
• Analyze and deliver recommendations on consumer insight research
• Work independently with good leadership skills and able to lead a team 
• Plan and implement strategic business plans in various business sectors (retailing, wholesaling and franchising)
• Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
• Strong communication, planning & analytical skills / self motivated / result-oriented
• work hard & play hard attitude

Experience in soft drinks is preferable
